1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that websites store on your device while you browse. They make the site work, remember your preferences or measure in aggregate how the site is used. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, are covered by this same policy.
2. Cookies used on this website
2.1. Strictly necessary — no consent required
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| PHPSESSID | This website | Keeps the session in the admin area and protects the online consultation forms against fraudulent submissions | Until you close your browser |
| oe-consent | This website | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies. Stored in local storage, never sent to any server | Until you clear your browser data |
2.2. Analytics — only with your consent
They tell us, in aggregate, how many people visit the website, which pages they read and where they come from. They are not used to identify you or for advertising, and they never collect health data.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Ireland Ltd. | Distinguishes users in Google Analytics 4 (ID G-E2YPMBCW9M) | 2 years |
| _ga_<ID> | Google Ireland Ltd. | Keeps the analytics session state | 2 years |
We also count, anonymously, how many people tap the call, WhatsApp and email buttons and how many send a form. We only record that the action happened, never who did it or why.
2.3. Third-party services
Online consultations open in Jitsi Meet, which is only used if you join the video call.
3. How we handle your consent
On your first visit you will see a notice with two equally visible options: Reject and Accept. Until you choose, analytics cookies stay off. Continuing to browse or closing the notice does not count as accepting. Rejecting does not limit any feature of the website.
4. Changing your choice
You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings. The same link is in the footer of every page.
5. Blocking cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). If you block all cookies, some features may not work as expected.
6. International transfers
If you accept analytics cookies, Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
